Undoubtedly, this Pharmacy had got to sell its drugs; that’s why it was impossible for this Pharmacy to act separately from clinics, prescribers and clients. So, it is known that Treasure Coast Pharmacy was straightly related with two health clinics that were situated in the same location. A Sebastian clinic belongs to them. The owner of this clinic was Dr. Timothy Sigman.
It is known that 3 individuals had significant roles in Treasure Coast Pharmacy. The owner was Peter Del Toro.
Jaclyn Rubino, the pharmacy worker, sold steroids, HGH and prescriptions to various clients over internet or phone.
Richard Del Toro, the top manager of the Pharmacy was straightly linked with the Sebastian clinic of Timothy Sigman. Richard Del Toro helped in its management.
As it is known, the receptionists, the office manager and prescribers were employed in other to sell various drugs, including HGH and anabolic steroids.
Recently Del Toro, the owner of Treasure Coast Pharmacy, Rubino, the employee of this Pharmacy, Sigman, the owner of a Sebastian health clinic and some other persons were arrested by the DEA.
In addition to main managers, more than ten people connected with Treasure Coast Pharmacy are charged in distribution of HGH, steroids and pain pills.
The owner of the Pharmacy is believed to import steroids from China.
The state Department of Health decided to stop activity of the pharmacy. Peter Del Toro lost pharmacist license.
Peter Del Toro could be imprisoned to 20 years.
It is believed that Treasure Coast Pharmacy produced great amounts of steroids and HGH. The owner and pharmacist, Peter Del Toro filled more than 80% of the prescriptions. According to the orders, these drugs were also transported to certain other places.
Treasure Coast Pharmacy was as well linked with clinics owned by Forgione. Now Forgione is in a federal prison.
