State Pharmaceuticals produces subcutaneous pellet delivery system for the steroid testosterone. This company pointed out that it was a sponsor of Dough Baron, a professional golfer. As it is known, this person is the only professional golfer who has received a ban by the PGA Tour because he has broken anti-doping laws. The chief executive officer of State Pharmaceuticals Robert Whitehead proclaimed that it was not fairly to ban the golfer. While Dough Barron filed a lawsuit against the PGA Tour, the CEO of State Pharmaceuticals supported him in this lawsuit. Robert Whitehead explained why State Pharmaceuticals decided to be the sponsor of this professional golfer. He stated that the PGA Tour acted incorrectly in many cases.
