Will Justin Gatlin ever admit taking performance-enhancing drugs knowingly?

Justin Gatlin is an American sprinter. This person tested positive for prohibited preparations in 2006 and served a 4-year ban. It was defined that he had applied testosterone. Since his 4-year ban is over, this sportsperson was waiting to be accepted back. But it seems that this athlete doesn’t know the rules linked with the return to the world of sports. A sportsperson that has served a certain ban due to intake of performance-enhancing products doesn’t return automatically. He\She should admit publicly that it was a great mistake; he\she should apologize “with tears in his\her eyes” that he\she has taken performance-enhancing medicines.
But this American athlete desires to do things his way. The American sportsperson confirmed that he had never taken banned preparations intentionally. The American athlete claimed that he had tested positive for steroids because a revengeful masseuse had used a testosterone cream during a massage. In fact this explanation was taken from a book of Lance Armstrong, a former American cyclist. Justin Gatlin has not changed the Laurence’s explanation at all in more than 5 years.
Since Justin Gatlin didn’t admit administrating steroids publicly, sports reporters interviewed him many times. Justin Gatlin was asked whether he was going to admit administrating banned preparations. Once it has become clear that he had taken prohibited medicines knowingly. It was during an interview made by a New York Times reporter. Justin Gatlin noticed that he would admit using anabolic steroids intentionally in exchange for a embrace! Can you imagine it? The New York Times reporter told the American athlete that people would hug him more, if he admits. Nevertheless, Justin Gatlin remained “invincible”, asking: “If I say it right now, are you gonna give me a hug?”
Since he has already the support of the USA Track and Field (USATF), it is beleived that he will never admit using forbidden drugs. It is unclear why he has received the support because Jill Greer, the spokesperson for the USATF, notices that USATF doesn’t support sportspersons who have ever taken steroids knowingly. Such athletes have to be ignored, according to USATF. The case related to Justin Gatlin displays that the affirmation of the spokesperson is not respected at all.
